Promclaiming For Gospel, or Envy?
"These proclaim Christ out of Love, knowing that I have been put here for the defense of the gospel; the others proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerly but intending to increase my suffering in my imprisionment" Phillipians 1:15-17
Some people proclaim Christ purely out of jelousy towards other people, in an attempt to destroy them in the name of God. They look at a godly person and think "he has something i want, everything works out for him, yet not for me." So instead of proclaiming Christ because they love him, they do it so they can just spite the person whom their envious view develops.
While some whom proclaims God not because of that, but because they know Christ is real, and do not care if God gives them good fortune, but only if he is in their heart. God looks at each and everyone of us by loking at just bare essentails meaning out spirit, mind, and heart. By closing this i would like to quote one of my favourite songs by the O.C. Supertones called "Adonai"
One purpose is to worship and to make the body strong
I don't care about your haircut, can't we all just get along?
Not just get along, but to really love and care
If your eyes are on the Lord you can't see nobody's hair
